Job description: 
•Provide professional support and consultation on recruitment and selection
•Create recruitment approaches such as job advertisement, campus recruitment, etc. to attract talents and qualified candidates.
•Devise, run, shortlist applicants, evaluate selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, job offer, regret letters
•Advise and manage external partners or recruitment agencies to ensure proper recruitment process and candidate pipeline
•Monitor Accounting Shared Service Staff movement and ensure it streamlines recruitment plan
•Conduct Employee Value Proposition and process analysis
•Ensure 100% exit interview to research root causes of resignation and to work with HR team to advise solutions to business units
•Thoroughly understand Taleo system in order to successfully deliver recruitment results and to educate hiring managers to utilize the system.
Staff Benefits
•Acts as a HR- point of contact for general employee benefits issue as well as advising and coordinating with external vendor to ensure staff s requests or problems are taken care of
•Educate employees to understand staff benefits through various approaches such as orientation, organization announcement, newsletter, etc.
•Manage annual medical check-up including internal communication
Reporting and
Administration
•Oversee accuracy of monthly HRIS reporting (manpower, turnover, recruitment reports).
•Analyse and maintain up-to-date exit interview analysis
•Manage time attendance reporting and communicate with Humanica, line managers, and employees
•Manage probation process by communicating with hiring manager and HR team members to ensure understanding of the timeline, process, and solutions
•Organize and keep track of all HR documents and announcement
•Maintain and extend HRM workflow to ensure accurate and timely process
Employee Engagement
•Responsible for employee engagement activity such as Good Deeds in Birth Month, Staff New Year Party, CSR activities
•Lead Company s Founder s Day for MINT and MGS in perspective of work planning, task contribution, and budget management

Additional Information
Qualifications :
•Solid HR knowledge and experiences
•Ability to work effectively under pressure with maturity and able to motivate self and others to perform with professionalism
•Excellent interpersonal and team skills including tolerance and flexibility
•Good communication
•Computer literacy in MS Office is essential
•Demonstrates initiative and self-motivated with can do attitude
•Demonstrate readiness to ask positive questions, learn on the fly and embrace change.

Education :
•Bachelor Degree or higher in Human Resources Development (HRD), Human Resources
Management (HRM) or any related filed

Experience :
•At least 3 year experience in recruitment function
•Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of HRM
